Time Frame for Exchanges

The garment must be unworn.
Security tags and labels must be attached.

Exchange Option
Items can be exchanged for another size or a completely different item.

Exchange Fee
Price ₹120 one-way would be charge for exchanges, which is necessary due to delivery partner costs.

Stock Availability
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Price Adjustment
If the replacement item is cheaper, the price difference will be refunded to the customer.

If the replacement item costs more, the customer will need to pay the price difference.

Processing Time
Exchanges typically take 7-8 working days to process, in addition to the delivery time to the customer's area.
